Our Drop-In is based at our Pasture Street centre in Grimsby and is accessible Monday to Friday, between 1pm and 4pm.

We have someone available every afternoon and you do not need to make an appointment. The drop-in centre can be busy, and we need to offer everyone privacy, so please do not bring more people than is necessary to seek advice.

Sad to be leaving after 2 years- so many lovely people who help you. A very welcoming place, so understanding of situations and have helped me through anything. Highly recommend, thank you to all of you at Doorstep.

These people are amazing. I went in with my granddaughter and her young son; they were so friendly and welcoming. My granddaughter moved in to her first house and I cannot express how grateful I am.
