Changes to our service

Our Drop-In is now closed to the public. Our Housing and Support staff are still available to clients and we continue to offer information, advice and guidance through the phone, email or Facebook.

Opening Times

Our Drop-in Centre is closed but staff are available between 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday.

Duty Worker Support

There is no face-to-face contact but someone is available over the phone, email or Facebook Messenger.

Assessment & Referral

All of our assessments and referrals will be done over the phone. We will ask you to send a photograph of your ID.

Safe Space

We cannot open the centre right now. When we return we may still have to practice social-distancing and you will be asked to wash your hands.

Resources

We cannot provide access to computers, telephones or printers.

Food Bank

Our Food Bank is only open to young people who we are already working with. We can signpost you to other provisions.

Young People

If you are a young person in need of housing or advice and guidance, please get in touch by phone, email or Facebook. There is no face-to-face contact. If we have housing available we will carry out our referral and assessment over the phone. We will ask you to send us photographs of your identification and please have your National Insurance Number ready.

Supported Housing Referrals

All housing referrals from professionals will need to come to us via the Gateway. If our service is full, the referral will go to the next suitable provider. If you are a professional who does not know how to make a referral, please contact us for support. You will need the National Insurance Number of the person you are referring.

Homeless Prevention

We do not provide emergency housing but we can make a referral to the Homeless Team on someone’s behalf. All professionals and young people can use the online form via the NE Lincs Council website to let them know about a homelessness situation.

Food Bank

At this time we are only able to provide food parcels for young people that are already working with us. We can advise you on other provision in the community.
