Get social with us

Following us on social media helps us to spread awareness and further our mission.

Give us feedback

We welcome feedback from anyone who has recently experienced our service. This applies to tenants, those receiving support or members of the public.

Complaints

Many of our tenants have not lived independently before and some are still learning how to live alongside others in the community. We rely on the goodwill of our neighbours to be able to offer young people a safe place to live.

We take anti-social behaviour seriously and all of our tenants know what is expected of them whilst living in our properties. If someone breaches their tenancy we have procedures in place to address this, and a series of warnings and support sessions will be given before we consider taking more serious action. We work within the laws that uphold the rights of our tenants and always seek to resolve any issues before considering an eviction.

We would always prefer that you let us know first about any anti-social behaviour but there may be times when you want to involve your local Policing Team or the local council. In those instances, North East Lincolnshire Council provide more information on their website about Community Safety.

Please use our feedback form to let us know about any issues or concerns you have about our service, properties or tenants.
